Creating an Informative Preset

Upon selecting Informative, the preset creation page opens up with various sections.

At the top of the page, there is a collapse/expand button that allows you to hide or display different sections for easier navigation.

First Section – Intro:

This section allows you to set up the basic parameters of your preset:

Preset Name: This is where you give your preset a specific title or identifier for easy access later.

Project Mode:

  1. Standard Mode:
    • Designed for users who prefer a straightforward and streamlined workflow.
    • Ideal for quick content creation with minimal customization requirements.
    • The system generates content based on the preset with predefined parameters.
  2. Power Mode:
    • Provides advanced customization options for users who need greater control over the content creation process.
    • Allows for fine-tuning of settings such as post structure, integrations, and additional custom elements.
    • Perfect for complex or specialized projects that demand detailed configurations.

Second Section – Setup:

In this section, you configure the key specifications to personalize the informative content that Brainogen will generate. Below are the different configurable elements:

Language:

  • You can select the language in which the post will be generated. This is essential if your target audience speaks a specific language or if you manage multilingual content.

Include Paragraph Breaks:

  • Yes:
    • Enables paragraph breaks in the generated content, improving readability and creating clear separation between sections.
    • Recommended for posts with longer or detailed content to enhance visual structure.
  • No:
    • Disables automatic paragraph breaks, producing more compact and continuous text.
    • Ideal for specific use cases where uninterrupted text is preferred, such as summaries or tightly structured posts.

These options appear at the beginning of the preset creation process, allowing you to define the overall style and layout of your generated posts.

Tone:

  • Here, you can adjust the overall tone of the post. Some of the options include:
    • Conversational: Ideal for creating a close, friendly connection with the reader.
    • Informative: Focused on conveying data and facts clearly and precisely.
    • Inspirational: Designed to motivate and inspire the reader.
    • Subjective: For posts that include personal opinions or viewpoints.
    • Formal: Suitable for more professional or serious communications.
    • Etc…

Point of View:

  • This determines the grammatical perspective in which the content will be written:
    • First Person Singular: (e.g., “I think…”) for a personal approach.
    • Second Person: (e.g., “You will learn…”) to directly address the reader, often useful in guides or tutorials.
    • Third Person: (e.g., “He/She says…”) for a more objective and detached tone.
    • First Person Plural: (e.g., “We believe…”) for an inclusive or corporate approach.
    • Formal: Using a more formal tone and structure, often avoiding personal pronouns and focusing on neutral, professional language.

Featured Image:

  • You can decide whether to include a featured image in your post. If you choose to include one, there are several options for how to obtain it:
    • Pixabay: Pulls free images from this well-known platform for royalty-free images.
    • ChatGPT: Uses AI to generate custom images based on your content’s description.

Important Text Formatting:

In this section, you can configure how you want important text to be highlighted in your post. There are two main options:

Underline or No Underline:

  • You can choose whether you want important text to be underlined. If you opt for underlining, you will also be able to select the color of the underline.

Background or No Background:

  • You can decide whether the important text will have a background color. If you choose to add a background, you can select the specific color for the background to make the text stand out visually.

This gives you flexibility in how you emphasize key points in your content.

Third Section – Text:

In this section, you will configure how the text appears within the post. The text is divided into three categories: Text Titles, Text Subtitles, and Normal Text. For each of these, you can either use the blog default styles or customize the styles directly in this section.

For all three text types, you can configure the following:

  1. Font Family: Choose the font style for the text.
  2. Font Size: Set the size of the text for readability and emphasis.
  3. Font Weight: Adjust the thickness of the text, whether you want a lighter or bolder look.
  4. Font Color: Select a specific color to use for the text.

This allows you to have precise control over the visual style of the text in your posts.

Fourth Section – Elements:

In this section, there are seven key elements you can configure for your post: Write Intro, Heading, Bullets, List, Table, FAQ and Key Takeaways. Each of these elements can be customized as follows:

  1. Write Intro:
    • You can choose whether or not you want an introduction for your post.
    • Title: Set the title for the introduction section.
    • Word Count: Define the minimum and maximum word count for the introduction.
    • Styles: Customize the appearance with the following options:
      • Background Color: Set a background color for the intro section.
      • Border Color: Choose a color for the border.
      • Border Type: Define the style of the border (solid, dashed, etc.).
      • Border Width: Adjust the thickness of the border.
      • Bold Important Sentences: Choose whether important sentences should be in bold.
      • Collapsible: Decide if the introduction section should be collapsible or not.
  2. Heading:
    • You can specify the minimum and maximum number of headings you want in the post.
    • Word Count: Define the minimum and maximum number of words per heading.
    • Styles: The styling options for headings are the same as those available for “Write Intro.”
  3. Bullets:
    • You can specify the minimum and maximum number of bullets.
    • Word Count: Define the minimum and maximum number of words per bullet.
    • Styles: The styling options are the same as those for “Write Intro.”
  4. List:
    • You can specify the minimum and maximum number of list items.
    • Word Count: Define the minimum and maximum number of words per list item.
    • Styles: The styling options are the same as those for “Write Intro.”
  5. Table:
    • You can specify the minimum and maximum number of tables.
    • Columns: Set the minimum and maximum number of columns per table.
    • Rows: Define the minimum and maximum number of rows per table.
    • Styles: Options include background color, border color, border type, border width, background color for the first row, background color for the first column, background color for other cells, bold important sentences, and collapsible.
  6. FAQ:
    • Title: Set the title for the FAQ section.
    • You can specify the minimum and maximum number of FAQs.
    • Word Count: Define the minimum and maximum number of words per FAQ.
    • Styles: Options include background color, border color, border type, border width, bold important sentences, and collapsible.
  7. Key Takeaways:
    • You can choose whether or not to include key takeaways.
    • Title: Set the title for this section.
    • You can specify the minimum and maximum number of key takeaways.
    • Word Count: Define the minimum and maximum number of words per key takeaway.
    • Styles: Options include background color, border color, border type, border width, bold important sentences, collapsible, and the position (either top or bottom of the post).

Fifth Section – HTML Content:

In this section, you have a large window where you can insert any custom HTML code you’d like to include in your post. You can select one or more of the following options to determine the placement of the HTML within the post:

  • Top: Include the HTML content at the top of the post.
  • Middle: Place the HTML content in the middle of the post.
  • Bottom: Insert the HTML content at the bottom of the post.

This feature allows for flexibility in customizing specific sections of your blog post using HTML.

Sixth Section – Amazon:

In the Amazon section, you can define how Amazon products will be displayed within your blog posts. This section allows you to customize various aspects related to product listings, affiliate tracking, and visual styles.

Here’s what you can configure:

Amazon Product Title:

  • You can set the title that will appear above the Amazon products. This helps to introduce the product section within your blog post.

Amazon Affiliate Tracking ID:

  • Input your Amazon tracking ID. This is your unique affiliate code that ensures you receive credit for any sales generated from the clicks on the Amazon links in your posts.

Product Category:

  • Select the category from which you want products to be displayed. You can either choose a specific category or opt for “all categories” to show a variety of products.

Number of Products to Display:

  • Set a minimum and maximum number of products that you want to show. This allows you to control how many Amazon products will be featured in each post.

Custom Disclaimer:

  • You can write a personalized disclaimer to ensure transparency about your affiliate partnership with Amazon. There is a text box where you can input your custom disclaimer.

Placement of Ads:

  • Choose where you want the Amazon product ads to appear within the blog post. You can select multiple placements:
    • Top: Ads will appear at the top of the post.
    • Middle: Ads will appear in the middle of the post.
    • Bottom: Ads will appear at the bottom of the post.

Ad Display Format:

  • You can choose how the Amazon product ads will be displayed:
    • Text: Display the products with text descriptions only.
    • Images: Show only images of the products.
    • Text and Images: A combination of text descriptions and images for a more comprehensive display.

Style Customization:

  • Customize the appearance of the Amazon product section by configuring the following elements:
    • Background Color: Set the background color for the product section.
    • Border Color: Choose the border color.
    • Border Type: Define the style of the border (solid, dashed, etc.).
    • Border Width: Set the thickness of the border.
    • Amazon Button Color: Choose a color for the “Buy on Amazon” button.
    • Amazon Button Text: Customize the text that appears on the Amazon button.
    • Amazon Image Height: Define the height of the product images.
    • Amazon Image Width: Define the width of the product images.

Collapsible Option:

  • You can decide whether the Amazon product section should be collapsible, allowing users to expand or collapse the product listings as they browse the post.

Seventh Section – Integration:

In the Integration section, you can choose various elements to integrate into your blog post. These include content from platforms such as YouTube, Pixabay, OpenAI, social media, and other relevant links. Below is a list of what you can integrate and how each can be customized:

  • Set the minimum and maximum number of videos to display.
  • Set the minimum and maximum number of playlists.
  • Styles: Customize the appearance with background color, border color, border type, border width, and the option to make it collapsible.

Pixabay:

  • Set the minimum and maximum number of images to display.
  • Styles: Customize the background and border styles, including background color, border color, border type, and border width.

OpenAI Related Images:

  • Set the minimum and maximum number of images.

X Related Tweets:

Once all elements are configured, click on Save Changes to finalize your preset.
